Delivery

We partner with a courier service for deliveries, so we may not be able to guarantee exact delivery times, especially for treats. If you have a specific time you will like to receive your order, kindly indicate it at the time of ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate this, and relay to the courier service.


Delivery costs are dependent on location, and are determined by our delivery partners. 

Quality

All our products are hand-made, using fresh, high quality ingredients. There might be slight variations in appearance from those shown in our publicity materials. We reserve the right to replace unavailable components with those of equal or better quality.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to make price changes without prior notice. Price changes will not apply to any confirmed/paid orders for collection or delivery on a date after the changes were made.

Changes to Orders

Orders placed for collection or delivery within 72hrs are within a non-cancellation period. Glasslipper Collective therefore reserves the right to retain the total value of the order to cover costs. Please click here to see our full policy on amendments and cancellations and refunds.

Orders

Orders from our menu, or custom orders can be placed online via our online ORDER FORM, sending an email to homebakes@glasslippercolllective.com, or by sending a Whatsapp message to 08028737875. We also receive order requests via Instagram Direct Messages.


We require payment in full at the point of ordering, for an order to be confirmed. We operate a pre-order schedule of at least 48 hours for most orders. Orders made less than 48 hours to delivery date are classified as 'Express Orders' and are subject to availability, and an Express fee. Wedding cakes and special or large orders require a minimum of 2 months to 2 weeks lead time.
