Storage Tips

Cheesecakes, Whipped Cream and Cream Cheese Cakes

Best served immediately. Refrigerate up to 1 or 2 days. Wrap in an airtight container (clingfilm, foil) and freeze up to a month.

Buttercream Cakes

Keep at room temperature up to 24hours. Refrigerate up to 3 days. Wrap tightly and freeze up to 4 months. Bring to room temperature before serving.

Fruit Cakes (with alcohol)

Keep airtight at room temperature up to 2 months- the alcohol will preserve it. If made without alcohol, treat like  buttercream cakes.

Cookies

Keep airtight at room temperature up to 3 days. Wrap tightly and freeze up to a month.

Treats (muffins, banana bread, brownies, scones, etc.)

Best served immediately. Refrigerate up to 1 or 2 days. Wrap tightly and freeze up to a month.

Granola, Granola bars

Store in an airtight container, in a cool, dry spot up to six months. Alternatively, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and/or in resealable freezer bag, and freeze.
